Cinematography using an electronic video camera to create a video tape that can be viewed on a monitor, edited electronically, and transfered to film for motion picture projectors. The ongoing digital evaluation in the entertainment industry has dramatically changed the course of film making by reducing the cost of production. The independent film maker can now write, shoot and edit a film digitally without relinquishing hands on control.
Cinematography
Cinematography is everything that is used to make the movie such as lighting, behind the scenes stuff. Cinematography is really just the act of making a film, including mise-en-scene, lighting, costume, sound, characters and everything else.
Mise-en-scene
Mise-en-scene refers what is colloquially known as the set, but is applied more generally to refer to everything that is presented before the camera. With various techniques, film makers can use the mise-en-scene to produce intended effects.

FILM MAKING
Pre-Production
Pre-production is one of the stages of the film making. It is the stage before your shooting. As a Director the first thing is find out an idea. Second you take a theme for that subject. The third one is prepare a synopsis in the base of the selected subject. The next one is choose a suitable background to telling the story to audience.
After that you can write the story in a single line order. Next step is write the screenplay in seen by seen order. In this screenplay you can fix the locations where you shoot. Next is preparing the shooting script. It contains the screenplay with dialogue . After finished the paper work prepare a rough budget estimate to approach a Producer. Before your Producer only tell the truths and convince him all risks about the making of film for a smooth production.
